Unofficialtranslation:

Article113: The state election committee to be formed in accordance with article 151to decide on the validity of the nominations.

Thestate election commission has the right to issue legal reasoned decisions andreject nominations that do not meet the requirements in this law.

Thecommission must inform the candidate with its decision within two days startingfrom the date of depositing nomination

Thecommission decisions are subject to appeal in accordance with article 96

 

Article96: Any rejection to application must be legally reasoned.

Theapplication is subject to rejection within ten days starting from the date offiling the application. Thedecision is subject to appeal by the respective administrative court withinthree days starting from the date of notification rejection.

Therespective administrative court has to issue its rule within five days startingfrom the date of registration of the appeal.

Allparties should be informed by the court decision, including the Wally, in orderto execute it.

Thecourt decision is final and not subject to any kind of appeal.
