”Article 124.
1. Any political party, whether or not amember of a coalition, and a candidate proposed by the voters have the right to complain to the CECagainst CEAZ decisions which affect their legal interests, within threedays from the announcement of the decision
(…)
5. The right to complain, according to point1 of this article, is alsogranted to those individuals or political parties whose requests forregistering as an electoral subject have been refused (…)”
