'16 Further tasks ofthe Parliamentary constituency electoral offices the parliamentary elections

20? (1) The OEVI

c ) receive the recommendation sheets , forms andtheir attachments containing the candidate 's announcement of those checks ,and notifying the attention of potential shortages , to an acknowledgment ofreceipt of the notification , and the notification is registered in theinformation system ,

d ) verify that the candidate, and made ​​thenominating organization at the disposal of all referral form cast with;indicates the parliamentary constituency electoral committee (hereinafterreferred to as OEVB) if the candidate or the organization which has given itmade ​​availableto all referral form,

e)specific recommendationssheets - check based on the central register and the electoral constituenciesand registers - for OEVB decision preparation , the audit shall include that:

ea) the recommendation begenuine ,

eb) the recommendationsheet with all necessary data in the voter is displayed on the label ,

58 Notification of thenominating organisation

Section 119

            (1)Organisations that wish to put forward a candidate or a list shall be notifiedto the National Election Commission as a nominating organisation after theelections are called.

            (2)Nominating organisations shall be notified by an authorised representative.

61 Notification of candidates

Section 124

            (1)Candidates shall be notified to the competent election commission forregistration.

64 Registration of nominating organisations, candidates and lists

Section 133

            (1)The election office shall verify the existence and correctness of data ofnotified organisations in the court records, and it shall verify the data ofnotified candidates in the central electoral register.

            (2) The election commission shallrefuse to register the nominating organization, the candidate or the list ifthe notification fails to meet the statutory requirements.

Section 297

            (1)The parliamentary single-member constituency election commission shall adjudge

            a)objections against the activities and decisions of the ballot countingcommission and objections regarding other acts committed at polling stations;

            b)all objections that are specifically related to the election in thesingle-member constituency.
