Article 15. (…)(5) The NationalElectoral Committee shall establish, by a regulation, the following for theholding of Riigikogu elections:
1) the procedure for the presentation of candidates forregistration and for the registration of candidates;
2) the standard format of applications for theregistration of candidates, the standard format of the list of candidates in anelectoral district, the standard format of the national lists of candidates,the standard format of applications to stand as a candidate and the standardformat of the personal data forms of candidates.

 

Article 72. (1)If an interested person finds that an act of (…) National Electoral Committeeviolates his or her rights, the person may file an appeal with the SupremeCourt pursuant to the procedure prescribed in the Constitutional Review CourtProcedure Act.

Article 37. Complaint against decision or act of electorate committee

1.A political party, election coalition or person who finds that the rightsthereof have been violated by a decision or act of an electoral committee maysubmit a request to the Supreme Court to repeal the decision of the electoralcommittee or declare the act of the electoral committee unlawful or to declarethe voting results in the polling division, the electoral district, the ruralmunicipality, the city, the county and the state invalid.
