Art. 125(3): The decision to reject a candidacy or to publish candidacies may beappealed against before the Constitutional Council .

Art. 167: The provisions of Sections 125, 126, 129,130 and 131 of this law relating to the nomination of candidates, disputes andcomplaints in respect of rejection or acceptance of candidatures as well asthose on colour, initials or  emblemchosen by a candidate or list of candidates shall be applicable to the electionof Members of Parliament.
