The Law of Ukraine on the Election ofPeople’s Deputies (as of 2011, in English)
Article 58. 6. No later than on the fifthday following the day of the receipt of an application for registration of MPcandidates included in the electoral list of a party and the other requireddocuments attached thereto, the CentralElection Commission shall adopt a decision either registering the MP candidatesor refusing their registration.
Article 59. 6. The Central ElectionCommission shall, no later than on the fifth day following the day of thereceipt of the documents specified in Parts one or two of Article 55 of thisLaw, adopt a decision either registering the candidate in the single-mandateelection district or refusing to register him or her.

Article 172. 3. Decision, action or inactionof the Central Election Commission with regard the establishment of the resultsof elections or referendum can be appealed to the Supreme Administrative Courtof Ukraine. All other decisions, acts or omissions of the Central ElectionCommission or a member of the commission may be appealed to the Kyiv Administrative Court ofAppeal.
