Itis prohibited to register the candidature of a person prohibited by articles 11and 12. In case of dispute, the candidate can present the matter in front ofthe Constitutional Council in 8 days.

 

( Estinterdit l'enregistrement de la candidature d'une personne in?ligible en vertudes articles 11 et 12. En cas de contestation le candidat peut se pourvoirdevant le conseil constitutionnel qui statue dans les 8 jours.)

In case of refusal ofregistration or in case of a dispute on the same, the candidates can presentthe issue in front of the Constitutional Council within 3days.

 

 En cas de refus d'enregistrement d'une liste ouen cas de contestation, les candidats peuvent se pourvoir devant le conseilconstitutionnel qui statue dans un d?lai de trois jours.
