27.Appeals

(1)Where the Supervisor refuses an application to register a political party, theSupervisor shall so inform the applicant giving reasons for the refusal.

(2)An aggrieved applicant may, within twenty-one days of being notified that hisapplication was refused, appeal to the Grand Court against the decision of theSupervisor.

(3)The Chief Justice shall make rules for the better carrying out of this section,for the procedure and forms to be used for the admission of evidence and forthe fees to be paid on any appeal under this Law.
