Article 44. 1. Not later than in10 days after acceptance of the documents required for registration of afederal list of candidates, the Central Election Commission of the RussianFederation shall take a decision to register the federal list of candidates ora reasoned decision to refuse this registration.

7. Thedecision of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation toregister or not to register a federal list of candidates may be appealed to theSupreme Court of the Russian Federation, which shall consider the appeal withinfive days of its receipt.
