”11.1 The CEC shall establish,within the CECS, an Office of Political Party Registration and Certification(“The Office”). The Office shall be responsible for maintaining the registry ofpolitical parties, certification of all political entities to be included on aballot, and the campaign spending limit and financial disclosure articles ofthis law.'
'16.5Upon a decision of the CEC, the Office shall immediately notify the applicantin writing about the status of the application, and (…) advise the applicant of its right to appealto the ECAP (…).'
