Article 23: Submission of Candidacies

2. The submission shall be done until the 41st.day before the scheduled elections day before the judge from thejurisdiction with headquarters at the capital of the constituency.

Article 30: Complaints

1. Candidates, their agents and the political parties which arecompeting for election in the constituency may complain about the judgedecisions on the submission of candidacies before the very same judgewithin a time limit of two days after the publication mentioned the previousarticle.
