'Section 20

(…)

(4) Where the CentralElectoral Commission decides pursuant to section 19 (2) on the registration ofa list of candidates or on the registration of a rectified list of candidates,or where it decides not to register a list of candidates, then the respective political party orcoalition may petition the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic to issue aruling on the decision. The Supreme Court may rule either to deregistera list of candidates, register a list of candidates or reinstate a candidate ona list of candidates.[12]The petition may be submitted not later than threedays after the Central Electoral Commission has made the decision.'
