Objections to nomination papers
(1A) Without prejudice to subsection (4), an objection to the nominationpaper of a candidate or a group of candidates for election for an electoraldivision may only be made by —
(a) another candidate for election for that sameelectoral division;
(b) that other candidate’s proposer, seconder orany of his assentors; or
(c) the one other person (if any) appointed inwriting by that other candidate to be present on the day and at the place ofnomination.
