132.— (4) A petition may be presented by any person who isregistered or entitled to be registered as a D?il elector in the constituencybut may only be presented within a period specified in Rule 3 of the Third Schedule .

ThirdSchedule

1. Without prejudice to section 132 (4),where it appears to the Director of Public Prosecutions that a D?il electionmay have been affected by the commission of electoral offences, he may questionthe election pursuant to this Act.
