Who may file a complaint?

CHAPTERVI: CHALLENGES

Article28:

a. Any concerned voter orcandidate may have the right to challenge any procedures related to the stagesof the electoral process within three days from the date of occurrence of theincident.

b. Any citizen may submit a challenge before thecompetent court against any voter or candidate who does not meet theeligibility criteria stipulated in this law within three days from the date ofpublication of the lists. The complainant shall be exempted from court fees.
