Who may file a complaint?

Art. 64: The decisionrejecting a candidacy or a list of candidates must be reasoned and is notifiedto the interested parties within 8 days from the date of the transmission ofthe files by the CENI to the Constitutional Court.

The decision can bechallenged before the Constitutional Court.
