The system allowsonly for the possibility of the ‘invitation’ of the candidate to ‘redesign’ itscandidacy (correct some mistakes, present some missing documents, etc.). In theend, to the candidate is given a possibility to re-appreciate its candidacyafter some mistakes are detected. In this sense, the candidate cannot fill anycomplaint; only intervene in mending the candidature in the case of (pre)rejection from behalf of the competent authorities.
