Article 63: Timefor candidate to review his or her dossier in case of disqualification beforeannouncement of final list

Before publication of the final list of candidates, a candidate whosecandidature is disqualified by the National Electoral Commission shall beinformed in writing, and shall be given time to review his or her dossier withevidence upon which the decision was taken. This is done in not less than two(2) days before the final list is published.

The National Electoral Commission shall approve and announce the finallist of candidates at least seven days (7) before commencement of electioncampaigns.
