Article 68. (…) Thedecision of the circuit electoral commission on denial to register a candidatefor deputy of the House of Representatives may be appealed against by the person nominated as acandidate for deputy within a three-day period in the Central Commission. Thedecision of the Central Commission may be appealed against by the personnominated as a candidate for deputy in the Supreme Court of the Republic ofBelarus within the same period. The Supreme Court of the Republic ofBelarus considers the complaint within a three-day period and its decision isfinal.
