Who may file a complaint?

Art. LO. 178: In case of dispute regarding an act ofthe Minister in charge of elections issued according to articles L.172, L.173,L.175 and L.177, agents of lists of candidates may, within twenty-four (24)hours of notification or publication of the decision, appeal to theConstitutional Council which shall decide within three (03) days after thesubmission of the complaint.
