Voting Fraud

Article 152

Whoever at an election for the institutionsfor Bosnia and Herzegovina or for the recalling of the representatives in theinstitutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina or at a referendum held within Bosniaand Herzegovina, votes again under the name and in lieu of another person, orvotes shall be punished by imprisonment for a term between three months andfive years

Election Forgery

Article 154

Whoever falsifies results of an election orvoting for the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina by adding, subtracting ortaking out votes or signatures, by an inaccurate counting of votes, by makingfalse records of the result in election documents or in any other way, or whodiscloses as final election or vote results which do not correspond to thevoting which has been carried out, shall be punished by imprisonment for a termbetween six months and five years.
