Article216 Abusing the right to vote

1.Whoever commits one or more of the following offenses shall be punished byimprisonment of six (6) months to three (3) years:

1.1.votes or attempts vote under the name of another person; 1.2. votes or attemptsto vote even though he or she has already voted; or,

1.3.uses more than one voting list.

2. Themember of the Election Commission who makes possible for a person to commit orattempt to commit the criminal offense from paragraph 1 of this Article shallbe punished by imprisonment of three (3) to five (5) years.

Article219 Falsification of voting results

1.Whoever adds, removes or deletes votes or signatures, registers incorrectly avote or the results of the election in the election documents, or publishes avote or the results of the election or the voting that does not correspond tothe actual voting, or in any other way falsifies a vote or the results of anelection shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment of one (1) to three (3)years.

2. Whenthe offense provided for in paragraph 1. of this Article is committed by amember of the Election Commission or any other person abusing his or herduties, position or authorizations related to elections, the perpetrator shallbe punished by imprisonment three (3) to five (5) years.
