27. Offences
(1) A PersonWho Offences.
(A) Has Ceased To Be A Commonwealth Citizen After Attaining The Age Of 18Years And Has Not Subsequently Thereto Become A Commonwealth Citizen; Or
(B) Has Not Attained The Age Of 18 Years; Or
(C) Does NotHave The Requisite residential qualifications for inclusion in the register ofelectors, and who wilfully makes any claim to be included in the register ofelectors is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $ 100 or to imprisonmentfor 3 months.

(3) A personwho knowingly makes a false statement for the purpose of being registered as anelector is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $100 or to imprisonmentfor 3 months

63. Penalty for making false declaration ofqualification.
A person elected a member of the House of Assembly whowilfully and knowingly makes a false declaration of qualification is liable onconviction for an offence under section 7 of the Perjury Act, todisqualification from sitting as a member of the House of Assembly and fromvoting as an elector in any election for a period of five years.
65. Penalty for acting as a member without havingbeen elected and returned.
(1) A personwho has not been elected and returned in accordance with this Act who presumesto come into the House of Assembly and act as a member of that House is guiltyof an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars.
(2) Proceedings for an offence against this sectionmay be brought in the name of the Clerk of Parliament.
