146.Punishment under this Chapter

Unlessotherwise provided by other law, any person who contravenes the provisions ofthis chapter shall, on  conviction by theCompetent Court, be punished with imprisonment for a term that shall not exceedtwo years and not less than six months, or with fine to be determined by theCompetent Court or both.  

Art. 156 Punishments

Any person who contravenesthe

provisions of this Actshall, upon conviction, be imprisoned for a term not exceeding two years or befined at the discretion of the Competent Court, or both.
