2. If falsehoods, this article makes reference to, were committedbecause of a serious negligence, shall be punished by a fine of twelve totwenty-four months.

 

2. The private individual who participates in any of the falsehoodsidentified in the previous article shall be punished by a term of imprisonmentof six months to three years one year and a fine of six to twenty-four months.

Article142 Multiple voting and voting without legal capacity crimes.

Those who vote two one more times in the same election and those whovote without capacity to do so shall be punished by a term of imprisonment ofsix months to two years and a fine of six months as well as they will besubject to special disqualification from holding any public employment oroffice for a period of one to three years.
