19 False impersonation.
(1) Every person who doesor who aids, counsels, or procures the doing of—
(a) voting as some otherperson, whether that person is living or dead or is a fictitious person; or
(b) voting more than onceat any election, whether in the same electoral district or another, is guiltyof the offence of false impersonation and is liable to a fine not exceeding$2000 or to imprisonment for any period not exceeding 2 years, or to both suchfine and imprisonment.
