Article 191.1 Impedimentof the right of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus to freely elect and beelected to participate in the referendum, vote on the recall of a deputy, tocampaign, conduct campaigning on the referendum or recall of a deputy orobstructing the free exercise by citizens of the Republic of Belarus the rightof legislative initiative, conduct campaigns for or against the proposal onintroducing a bill to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly ofthe Republic of Belarus or obstructing the work of the Central Commission forElections and National Referendums, election commissions, referendumcommissions or committees for a vote on the recall of a deputy, accompanied bythe use of force, threats, fraud, bribery or otherwise
is punished withcommunity service or a fine, or correctional labor for up to two years, orrestriction of liberty for a term not exceeding three years, or imprisonmentfor the same term
