What penalties are envisioned for offences related to electoral fraud?

 Art. 192.Seront punis comme auteurs ceux qui auront directement provoqu? ? commettre lesfaites pr?vus par les articles 189 et 190, soit par dons, promesses, menaces,abus d'autorit?, ou de pouvoir, machinations ou artifices coupables, soit pardes discours tenus ou des cris prof?r?s dans des r?unions ou des lieux publics,soit par des placards affich?s, soit par des ?crits imprim?s ou non, et vendusou distribu?s.

  Siles provocations n'ont ?t? suivies d'aucun effet, leurs auteurs seront punisd'un emprisonnement d'un mois ? six mois et d'une amende de 50 ? 500 euro.

Art. 192. It shall be punished as perpetrators thosewho directly incited to commit the deeds previewed ??under Articles 189 and190, either by the use of gifts, promises, threats, abuse the authority orpower, scheming or contrivance, either by speeched held or by uttering inpublic places or meetings, or by displaying posters, either printed orunwritten, and sold or distributed.

   If provocations were followed by noeffect, the perpetrators will be punished with imprisonment of one to sixmonths and a fine of 50 to 500 euro.

  Art. 200. Serapuni d'un emprisonnement de trois mois ? deux ans et d'une amende de 50 ? 2 000euro, tout membre d'un bureau ou tout t?moin qui, lors du vote ou dud?pouillement du scrutin, sera surpris alt?rant frauduleusement, soustrayant ouajoutant des bulletins, ou indiquant sciemment un nombre de bulletins ou devotes inf?rieur ou sup?rieur au nombre r?el de ceux qu'il est charg? decompter.

  Touteautre personne coupable des faits ?nonc?s dans l'alin?a pr?c?dent sera punied'un emprisonnement d'un mois ? un an et d'une amende de 26 ? 1 000 euro.

  Lesfaits seront imm?diatement mentionn?s au proc?s-verbal.

Art. 200. It shall be punished with imprisonment ofthree months to two years and a fine of 50 to 2000 euro, any member of anoffice or any witness that during the voting or the counting of votesfraudulently alters, subtracts or adds ballots, or knowingly indicats a numberof ballots above or below the actual number of those he is responsible for.

   Any person guilty of the facts statedin the preceding paragraph shall be punished by imprisonment of one month toone year and a fine from 26 to 1000 euro.

   The facts will be immediately referredto the minutes.

Art. 201. Sera punid'un emprisonnement d'un mois ? un an, et d'une amende de 26 ? 1 000 euro,celui qui hormis les cas pr?vus ? [l'article 147bis] aura vot? ou se sera pr?sent?pour voter sous le nom d'un autre ?lecteur.

  Serapuni des m?mes peines, celui qui, d'une mani?re quelconque, aura distrait ouretenu un ou plusieurs bulletins officiels de vote.

  Sera puni d'une amendede 26 ? 1 000 euro :

  1. celui qui a donn? procuration enapplication de [l'article 147bis], alors qu'il ne r?unissait par les conditionsrequises ? cet effet;

  2.celui qui, ayant donn? procuration, a laiss? voter son mandataire, alors qu'illui ?tait possible d'exercer lui-m?me son droit de vote;

  3.celui qui, sciemment, a vot? au nom de son mandant alors qui celui-ci ?taitd?c?d?, ou alors qu'il ?tait possible au mandant d'exercer lui-m?me son droitde vote;

  4.celui qui a accept? ou qui a donn? plusieurs mandats en application de[l'article 147bis.]

Art. 201. It shall bepunished by imprisonment of one month to one year and a fine from 26 to 1000euro, those who, except in the conditions provided in [Article 147bis], votedor submitted the vote in the name of another voter.

   It shall be liable to the samepenalties, those who, in any way, distract or retain one or more officialballots.

   It shall be punished with a fine from26 to 1000 euro

   1. Those to who was given a proxy votein accordance to [Article 147bis], without meeting the conditions required forthis purpose;

   2. Those who, having received proxyvote, left his mandataire vote, althought he could exercise his own right tovote;

   3. Those who knowingly voted on behalfof his client althought he had died, or when it was possible to the client toexercise his own right to vote;

   4. Those who agreed or gave severalmandates under [Article 147bis.]

  Art. 202.Quiconque aura vot? dans un coll?ge ?lectoral [en violation des articles 6 ?9bis et 142, alin?as 6 et 7, du pr?sent Code], [sera puni d'un emprisonnementde huit jours ? quinze jours et d'une amende de 26 ? 200 euro].

Art. 202. Whoever voted in an electoral college [inviolation of Articles 6 to 9a and 142, paragraphs 6 and 7 of this Code], [shallbe punished by imprisonment of eight days to fifteen days and a fine of 26 to200 euro].

Depending on the nature of the offence:

- imprisonment of eight days to fifteen days and a fine of 26 to 200 euro

- fine from 26 to 1000 euro

- imprisonment of one month to one year and a fine from 26 to 1000 euro

- imprisonment of three months to two years and a fine of 50 to 2000 euro,

- imprisonment of one to six months and a fine of 50 to 500 euro
