Giving and Accepting Bribes in connectionwith Voting Article 156

(1) Whoever offers, gives, promises reward,gift or other benefit to another in order to vote or not to vote in electionsor referendum for or against a particular person or issue,shall be punishedwith fine or imprisonment up to three years.

(2) The penalty specified in paragraph 1 ofthis Article shall be imposed on whoever demands or receives a gift or otherbenefit to vote or not vote in elections or referendum for or against aparticular candidate or issue.

(3) If the offence specified in paragraph 1of this Article is committed by a member of an electoral board or other personacting in official capacity in respect of voting,such person shall be punishedwith imprisonment of three months to five years. (4) A gift or other benefitshall be seized.

Violating the Secrecy of Voting Article 160

(1) Whoever at elections or referendumviolates the secrecy of voting, shall be punished with a fine or imprisonmentup to six months.

(2) If the offence specified in paragraph 1of this Article is committed by a member of the electoral board or other personacting in official capacity in respect to voting,such person shall be punishedwith a fine or imprisonment up to two years.
