What penalties are envisioned for offences related to incentive driven voter coercion?

Electoral Act 1998,

Any personconvicted of any offence in terms of—

(a) section 87 (1) (b), (c) or (d), 89 (2), 90, 91, 93or 94, is liable to a fine or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10years;

(b) section 87 (1) (a),(e) or (f), (2), (3) or (4), 88, 89 (1), 92, 107 (4), 108 or 109,is liable to a fine or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years,
