Article 162 Preventing a person tofreely exercise his or her right to elect or be elected at an election or tovote at a referendum, if such prevention involves violence, deceit or threat ortakes advantage of a service, economic or other dependent relationship of theperson with the offender is punishable by apecuniary punishment or up to one year of imprisonment.
