Article 159. 2. Coercion to sign for acandidate or impeding the collection of signatures in support of othercandidates

is punished with a fine in the amount of twohundred to six hundred nominal financial unit or bypublic works for the term of two hundred to two hundred and forty hoursor imprisonment for a term of one year.

Article 159. 3. Impeding through coercion thefree will expression of the a citizen

is punished with a fine in the amount of threehundred to seven hundred nominal financial unitor by public works for the term of two hundredup to two hundred forty hours, or imprisonment for a term of two years.

is punished with a fine in the amount of fivehundred to a thousand nominal financial unit,or deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or the right to practicecertain activities or imprisonment for a term of three years.

Imprisonment range between 200 hours of public work - 3 years.

Fine range between 200 - 1000 nominalfinancial units
