Any person who fails to comply with an order made provisions ofsubsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceedingP400 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or both.

Finding on charges of corrupt or illegal practices

Any person charged with a corruptpractice may, if the circumstances warrant such a finding, be found guilty ofan illegal practice, and any person charged with an illegal practice, may be found guilty of that offence, notwithstanding thatthe act constituting the offence amounted to a corrupt practice.

113(3) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this sectionshall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding P2 000 or toimprisonment for a term not exceeding fiveyears, or to both, and the court convicting that person may in addition,notwithstanding the provisions of section 28 of the Penal Code (inrelation to corporal punishment) or any other enactment exempting any person tobe sentenced to undergo corporal punishment, award corporal punishment notexceeding six strokes.
