Art. 117: Any person who, through assaults, violenceor threats against an elector, either by making him fear to lose his job orexpose himself, his family or fortune to a danger, influences or attempts toinfluence his vote, shall be punished with imprisonment of one month to twoyears and a fine of 10,000 to 100,000 francs.
