Violation of the Right to Vote Article 155

(1) Whoever with intent to prevent another toexercise his voting right, unlawfully fails to enter the name in voters’register, deletes the name from such register or otherwise unlawfully preventsor hinders him to vote,shall be punished with fine or imprisonment up to oneyear. (2) Whoever by useof force or threat coerces another at elections, impeachment voteorreferendum to exercise or not to exercise his voting right or to vote for oragainst a particular candidate or proposal,shall be punished with imprisonmentof three months to three years.
