What penalties are envisioned for offences related to obstructing the electoral process?

  Art. 188. Quiconqueaura engag?, r?uni ou apost? des individus, m?me non arm?s, de mani?re ?intimider les ?lecteurs ou ? troubler l'ordre, sera puni d'un emprisonnement dequinze jours ? un mois et d'une amende de 26 ? 500 euro.

  Ceuxqui auront fait partie sciemment de bandes ou groupes ainsi organis?s serontpunis d'un emprisonnement de huit ? quinze jours en d'une amende de 26 ? 200euro.

Art. 188. Whoever committed or suborned individuals,even unarmed, in order to intimidate voters or disrupt order, shall be punishedwith imprisonment of fifteen days to one month and a fine of 26 to 500 euro.

   Those who knowingly were part oforganized gangs or groups will be punished by imprisonment of eight to fifteendays to a fine of 26 to 200 euro.

  Art. 190.Toute irruption dans un coll?ge ?lectoral, consomm?e ou tent?e avec violence,en vue d'entraver les op?rations ?lectorales, sera punie d'un emprisonnement detrois mois ? deux ans et d'une amende de 200 ? 2 000 euro.

  Sile scrutin a ?t? viol?, le maximum de ces peines sera prononc? et ellespourront ?tre port?es au double.

  Siles coupables ?taient porteurs d'armes, ils seront condamn?s, dans le premiercas, ? un emprisonnement d'un an ? trois ans et a une amende de 500 ? 3 000euro, et, dans le second cas, ? la r?clusion et ? une amende de 3 000 ? 5 000euro.

Art. 190. Any burst into an electoral station,consumed or attempt with violence, to obstruct the electoral process, shall bepunished by imprisonment of three months to two years and a fine of 200 to 2000euro.

   If the ballot has been violated, themaximum will be delivered both and they can be doubled.

   If the culprits were carrying weapons,they will be condemned in the first case, to imprisonment for one year to threeyears and a fine of 500 to 3000 euro, and in the second case, to imprisonmentand fined 3 000 to 5000 euro.

  Art. 200. Serapuni d'un emprisonnement de trois mois ? deux ans et d'une amende de 50 ? 2 000euro, tout membre d'un bureau ou tout t?moin qui, lors du vote ou dud?pouillement du scrutin, sera surpris alt?rant frauduleusement, soustrayant ouajoutant des bulletins, ou indiquant sciemment un nombre de bulletins ou devotes inf?rieur ou sup?rieur au nombre r?el de ceux qu'il est charg? decompter.

  Touteautre personne coupable des faits ?nonc?s dans l'alin?a pr?c?dent sera punied'un emprisonnement d'un mois ? un an et d'une amende de 26 ? 1 000 euro.

  Lesfaits seront imm?diatement mentionn?s au proc?s-verbal.

Art. 200. It shall be punished with imprisonment ofthree months to two years and a fine of 50 to 2000 euro, any member of anoffice or any witness that during the voting or the counting of votesfraudulently alters, subtracts or adds ballots, or knowingly indicats a numberof ballots above or below the actual number of those he is responsible for.

   Any person guilty of the facts statedin the preceding paragraph shall be punished by imprisonment of one month toone year and a fine from 26 to 1000 euro.

   The facts will be immediately referredto the minutes.

  Art. 203. Toute personne qui, lejour de l'?lection, aura caus? du d?sordre, soit en acceptant, portant ouarborant un signe de ralliement, soit de toute autre mani?re, sera punie d'uneamende de 50 ? 500 euro.

Art. 203. Any person who on Election Day causes amess, either by accepting or carrying a rally, shall be punished by a fine of50 to 500 euro.

Art. 110. Quiconque n'?tant nimembre du bureau, ni ?lecteur de la section, ni candidat, ni expert d?sign?conform?ment ? l?article 5bis de la loi du 11 avril 1994 organisant le voteautomatis?, ni fournisseur d?une assistance technique, entrera pendant lesop?rations ?lectorales dans le local de l?une des sections, sera expuls? parordre du president ou de son d?l?gu? ; s?il r?siste ou s?il rentre, il serapuni d?une amende de cinquante ? cinq cents euros.

Art. 111. Le pr?sident ou son d?l?gu?rappelle ? l'ordre ceux qui, dans le local o? se fait l'?lection, donnent dessignes publics soit d'approbation, soit d'improbation ou excitent au tumulte dequelque mani?re que ce soit. S'ils continuent, le pr?sident ou son d?l?gu? peutles faire expulser, sauf ? leur permettre de rentrer pour d?poser leur vote.

L'ordred'expulsion est consign? au proc?sverbal et les d?linquants seront punis d'uneamende de cinquante ? cinq cents euro.

Art.111. The President or his delegate shall call to order those that, in the roomwhere the election is taking place, give public signs either of approval ordisapproval or endource tumults in any way whatsoever. If they continue, thePresident or his delegate may expel them, except to allow them to return tocast their vote.

Theexpulsion order is recorded in the minutes and the offenders will be punishedby a fine of fifty to five hundred euro.

Depending on the nature of the offence:

- imprisonment of fifteen days to one month and a fineof 26 to 500 euro.

- imprisonment of eight to fifteen days to a fine of 26 to 200 euro.

- imprisonment of three months to two years and a fineof 200 to 2000 euro.

- imprisonment of three months to two years and a fine of 50 to 2000 euro,

- a fine of fifty to five hundred euro
