What penalties are envisioned for offences related to obstructing the electoral process?

Art. 151 - shall be punished byimprisonment of six months and afine of 2,000,000 to Ar 20 million orone of these penalties years. Any official whoforced his or her agents to make electoralpropaganda incur the same penalties

Art. 158 - shall be punished withimprisonment of twoto six years and a fine of1,000,000 to  Ar.10.000.000 oArt. 158 - the penalty is five toten years imprisonment and a fineof 2,000,000 to ArAr 20 million withoutprejudice to the application of moresevere penalties provided by lawr one ofthese penalties,

Art.163

Shall be sentenced to three months - two years imprisonementand a fine of 400,000 Ar to
4,000,000 Ar, without prejudice , if any, more severe penalties which may beprovided by the
legislation.
