Violation of ElectoralRights

Article 150

Whoever in the discharge of duty entrusted tohim regarding elections for the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with anaim of preventing someone from exercising suffrage, unlawfully fails to enter aname in a voting list, or strikes a name out of an electoral roll, or preventsa person from voting in any other way, shall be punished by a fine orimprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.

 

Destroying ElectionDocuments

Article 155

Whoever at an election for the institutionsof Bosnia and Herzegovina, a recall vote of representatives in the institutionsof Bosnia and Herzegovina or a referendum held within Bosnia and Herzegovinadestroys, conceals, damages or takes away any document concerning the electionor the recall vote, or any other object that is used for the election or therecall vote, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term between six monthsand five years.
