What penalties are envisioned for offences related to obstructing the electoral process?

Article 167 
(1) (Last amendment, SG No. 27/2009) An individual who prevents somebody from exercising his/her right to vote or from being elected through the use of violence, fraud, threat or another illegal way, is subjected to a penalty of imprisonment for a term up to three years and a fine from one to ten thousand BGN.
