Article 159-1. 1. Violation or interference in election(referendum) campaigns by candidates, political parties, blocs or politicalparties in election (referendum)
ispunished with a fine in the amount of two hundred to six hundred nominalfinancial units or public works for the term of two hundred to two hundredforty hours or imprisonment for the term up to one year.

Article 159-1. 2. Interference in the holding ofmass demonstration during elections (referendums)
ispunished with a fine in the amount of five hundred to a thousand nominalfinancial units or public works for the term of two hundred to two hundredforty hours or imprisonment for the term up to one year.
Imprisonment range between 200 hours of public work - 1 year.
Fine range between 200 - 1000 nominal financial units
