Art. 101: Any person who registers using a false nameor quality or who, during his/her registration, conceals any of the ineligibilitieslaid down by law, or who fraudulently requests and obtains a registration inmore than one electoral lists, shall be punished with imprisonment of one monthto one year and a fine of 10,000 to 100,000 francs or only one of thesepenalties.

The same penalties shall apply to any person who getsa false certificate of registration or deletion from the electoral list.

The same penalties shall apply to any person whosubmits multiple nominations or a false nomination certificate, pursuant toarticle 125 above.

The same penalties shall apply to the accomplices.

Art. 103: Anyone who has voted either pursuant to aregistration obtained in the cases described in article 101, or fraudulently usingthe names and qualifications of a registered voter, shall be punished with imprisonmentof six months to two years and a fine of 20,000 to 200,000 francs or only oneof these penalties.

Art. 104: The same penalties provided in article 101shall apply to any citizen who takes advantage of a multiple registration inorder to vote more than once.

The same penalties shall apply to any person who, byvoluntarily disregarding the law, prevents the registration of a citizen thatis eligible to vote according to this Code.
