Violation of the Right to Vote Article 155

(1) Whoever with intent to prevent another toexercise his voting right, unlawfullyfails to enter the name in voters’ register, deletes the name from suchregister or otherwise unlawfully prevents or hinders him to vote,shallbe punished with fine or imprisonment up to one year. (2) Whoever by use offorce or threat coerces another at elections, impeachment vote orreferendum toexercise or not to exercise his voting right or to vote for or against aparticular candidate or proposal,shall be punished with imprisonment of threemonths to three years.
