140 Unauthorised election expenses
Any person who,without the express or implied authority of a candidate or his or her electionagent, incurs election expenses in relation to that candidate shall be guiltyof an illegal practice and liable to a fine not exceeding level five or toimprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to both such fine and suchimprisonment.
