What penalties are envisioned for offences related to unlawful conduct of campaign financing?

Art. 140 : In case of excess of theceiling of campaign expenses as set out in Article 120 above, the offenders shallbe sentenced to a fine ranging from five to ten times the amount of the excess.

In addition, the Court may order theforfeiture of the deposit paid for the registration of the candidate.
