What penalties are envisioned for offences related to unlawful conduct of campaign financing?

Article 611. '(a) Criminal penalties. Any person whoknowingly or willfully violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of amisdemeanor. In addition to other penalties provided by law, a fine up to$10,000 shall be imposed for each violation. For violations of the reportingrequirements, a fine up to three times the amount the person failed to reportproperly may be imposed for conviction of each violation. [...] (c) Any public officialor candidate who fails to timely file any statement required by this chaptershall pay to the Commission a penalty of $50 per day that the disclosure isdelinquent.'
