How is the national electoral register created?

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to establish and maintain the Single Electronic List of Voters of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (15 August 2017; in Uzbek language)

In 15 August 2017, the Government issued a resolution (see source) to establish a singe national electronic voter list using the data obtained from the national ID system. The electronic voter list should be already in place as of 1 April 2018.
