Provisional Register of Voters

13.1 The Commission shall establish a Provisional Register of Voters as prescribed.

14.1 The Commission shall compile and maintain the Register of Voters as prescribed.

14.2 The Register of Voters shall include the details of persons entitled to vote in an election or referendum under this Act or the Referendum Act.

Article 8
Continuous Registration of Voters

8.1 The Commission shall carry out the registration of voters on a continuous basis.

8.2 The registration of voters referred to under subregulation (1) may be suspended by the Commission, by statutory order, for the purposes of an election or for compilation and update of the register of voters.
