Bangladesh Constitution: Part VII, Art. 119(d)

119.

(1) Thesuperintendence, direction and control of the preparation of the electoralrolls for elections to the office of President and to Parliament and theconduct of such elections shall vest in the Election Commission which shall, inaccordance with this Constitution and any other law –

(a) holdelections to the office of President;

(b) holdelections of members of Parliament;

(c) delimitthe constituencies for the purpose of elections to Parliament ; and

(d) prepareelectoral rolls for the purpose of elections to the office of President and toParliament.]
