Capítulo II, Sección II, Artículo 19: La actualización de datos en el Padrón Electoral se realizará por la Notaria o el Notario Electoral Operador a solicitud de la ciudadana o el ciudadano, previa autenticación biométrica de sus datos de la o el solicitante, tanto en el interior como en el exterior del país.

Citizens register in Bolivia with the Civic Registry Service which is a subsidiary entity of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (see Capítulo II, Sección I, Artículo 4 of the Regulation for Updating the Biometric Electoral Roll [RUBER]).
