Article 3: Voter Registration Update
1. VR, which is prepared by the IHEC basing on the public distribution system (PDS) Database, is used in the provincial council's elections that are not affiliated to Region as well as in the KR Parliamentary Election in 2013. Again, it will be updated in accordance with this regulation and procedures issued by IHEC and by using form that is prepared for this purpose.
